It proves that young people possess special characteristics that serve as a basis for economic transformations. The main principle of shaping the future economy is managing not only economic, but also other, primarily social, factors. Formation of social capital determines the level of trust in the state and can also be a central factor in the successful transformation of the economy. The author empirically demonstrates that the formation of socio-value orientations of young people can be the primary factor of Russia's economic growth, since young people's position in solving social and economic issues is much more active than that of the country's population at large.Gorshkov M.K.Ural State University of EconomicsarticleECONOMIC GROWTHSOCIAL CAPITALFUTURE ECONOMYYOUNG PEOPLEBusinessHF5001-6182FinanceHG1-9999RUУправленец, Vol 9, Iss 3, Pp 2-7 (2018) |
