This dialogue results from the institutionalized interaction of civil society with public authorities in questions of formation of consensus on the main priorities of social and economic development of the state. From the point of view of a structural and synchronic, functional research of the matters causes concern of a problem of subjective neglect about some experts and a number of heads about data, including statistical which scrupulously gather various institutes of the government.
