Who want to benefit from the power of art for political propaganda Republic of Turkey, its ideology and the revolutions in the art of telling the public was seen as an important tool. From the earliest years of the Republic, state of art assured by law, in society have been many studies related to the acquisition. In the first years of the republic art medium alone, in later periods, even though the state has directed a variety of large companies and private banks have been shown to art. After the 1950s, many private banks in Turkey in the art market and collectors began to play a role. These organizations, as well as organizing international exhibitions have played a role in the regulation of many competitions. These competitions "İstihsal (Production)" and "The Power of Image" from contemporary Turkish art of painting competition results in terms of status and very important discussions concerning the future revealed.
