When exposing an art object People presented those products of theirs to the audience via using different tools.When it is thought in the light of these information the fact of art is addressed as a different discipline within the meaning imposed to it. Among those disciplines ceramic products have been produced as daily use items for thousands of years. The ceramic art that people performed since very early ages is formed via shaping clay with differenttechniques. Towards the end of twentieth centuryceramic became more popular when it is transformed from being a craft to being an art with the magical touches of artists such as Pablo Picasso and Joan Miro.Whereas ceramic use as a material in sculpture initiated in 1925 in the West, this usage started in 1950s in our country with the lead of FureyaKoral and kept progressing in 1970s. (Mülayim Oral, 2005)The ceramic sculpture that has been started to be shaped with those Works, reached its deserved place with the significant artworks of artists such as AyferKaramani and JaleYilmabasar. Today, it is known that artists such as Mustafa Tuncalp and TufanDagistanli create significant artworks in the field of ceramic sculpture with the inspirations of birds. In this work literature search and document inspection methods within the qualitative research methods were used.As a result of the research, when the artworks of the both artists are evaluated with the variables such as form, color, and additional materials it is seen that they purified and abstracted the forms by using different forms from time to time.
