We especially appreciate their new finding, because PPIs are commonly prescribed in older hospitalized patients. However, we found two points worthy of discussion and we would like to share our perspectives in the following paragraphs.View original paper by Otremba and colleagues.Zhu LLZhou QDove Medical Pressarticleadverse drug reactiondeliriumdrug interactiongastric acid inhibitorshistamine-2 receptor antagonistsproton pump inhibitorsGeriatricsRC952-954.6ENClinical Interventions in Aging, Vol Volume 11, Pp 797-799 (2016)
