Résumé:Eectronic payment methods represent a basic requirement for practicing electronic commerce in light of a digital economy, based on digitization and the use of modern payment methods that differ from traditional means. But the Electronic payment methods require legal texts to regulate them, this is what the Algerian legislator has consecrated through several legal texts, starting with Law n° 18-05 related to electronic commerce.
