It has been revealed that in Russia the conditions of some legal gaps in the relations between franchisor and franchisee a lot of dishonest franchisors appear in the hotel services market. In order to avoid unpleasant situations, the franchisee should resort to all possible ways to protect against risks, namely, to approach the search for a quality franchise and a bona de franchisor responsibly.D.
