The Minister of Finance S.Yu. Witte against whom the purposeful campaign for his sampling in eyes, both the public, and the Sovereign has begun got in their way. The main fight has happened between the Minister of Finance S.Yu. Witte and the Minister of Internal Affairs V.K. Plehve, so-called «fight of the economist and administrator». Witte has not resisted sophisticated means of fight against him.
