The specifics of the social adaptation structure has been described meaningful. The types of social adaptation of the telecommunications company employees have been highlighted. The main factors that form these types have been identified. The arguments of substantive dependence of the quality of work and the daily life of employees on the level and characteristics of its social adaptation have been presented.V.
