The prerequisite for this is the identification of intellectual capital in the organization. Unlike tangible resources, IRIB does not provide a specific list for intangible and intellectual resources. So, in this study, we decided to identify the organization's intellectual resources.Methods: This research was performed in three stages with a qualitative approach and using the Delphi ranking method.
