Solutions are prepared Mg and Zr based precursors and insulated on SS substrates using reel-to-reel sol-gel technique. Thicknesses of coatings (7 and 12 m for 4 and 8 dips) and stycasted ribbons were determined by using Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM). HVbd and dielectric constant of ribbons have been presented graphically.
