Their feature is that despite fixed finding of Japan in group of the main trade and economic partners of Russia, the interstate relations, owing to the remaining World War II of a territorial problem which isn’t settled after the termination, keep difficult nature . To a certain extent negative impact on commercial ties between two countries is exerted by consequences of «cold war» during which the countries were in the conflicting military-political groups.
