The results of the research show that the surveyed business entities, as the most important expectations towards suppliers related to systemic quality management, environment and occupational health and safety, indicated: the status of product quality control, identification of the causes of complaints, ensuring the health and safety at work, raising the awareness and knowledge of personnel, documenting corrective actions.
