| Sumario: | In this research, the leadership behaviors of primary school students who are studying from 4th grade through 8th grade and they have leadership skills in terms of their teachers have been described through Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire and the effect of grade level and the number of annually reading books have been researched whether these independent variables have significance effect on leadership behavior or not. Eight primary schools have been taken as sample in this studt.. There were 136 girls and 108 boys from primary schools. Bolman and Deal’s leadership questionnaire (1991) was used as a tool in order to assess the leadership behaviors of primary school students.
