Sumario:The subject of the paper is to present the so-called blockedout capitals excavated in Amathous related to, among others, Nabataean capitals type 1. The analyzed pieces constitute fragments of several different capitals belonging to supports of various types and scales once being parts of presently unknown buildings erected in the vicinity of Agora and in the area of the domestic dwellings west of the Agora. Most probably all of the fragments were parts of simplified capitals derived from Corinthian ones.
