INVESTIGATION PHYLOGENETIC RELATIONSHIPS MAJOR GENOTYPES MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS BY MIRU-VNTR-24 GENOTYPING
Thirty-one isolates of M. tuberculosis was identified in Buryatia by MIRU-VNTR-24 typing and deletion analysis by RD105 and RD207.
