Sumario:The article analyzed the evolution of perceptions and attitudes of the population about European integration of Moldova. According to sociological investigations, the support of the European vector by citizens of Moldova did not had in the past decade a consistent trend in ranging from 68% in 2003, 76% – in 2007 and up to 48% in present. Study fi nds not only divergent expectations in the beliefs of the population, or more precisely, in perception of benefi ts and costs of European integration but also poor information of citizens about the ,,Europeanization” process. Consequently, the Moldovan society is pretty fragmented and inconsistent in terms of supporting the European vector.
