A single donor is sufficient to produce a highly functional in vitro antibody library

Here, the authors construct and validate an in vitro antibody library from a single, healthy donor. They demonstrate the functionality of the library using several therapeutically relevant targets and were able to obtain many different antibodies with the desired biophysical properties.
