Sumario:This paper takes up the proposals of a historical nature by Antonio Cornejo Polar, oriented towards the condensation of Peruvian culture and literature. This configuration contains ambivalent elements, which are notorious for the predominance of heterogeneity as a determining factor for each society. For this reason, a homogenizing attempt to refer to an instinctive nation is made impossible by the very nature of the multiplicity of components of artistic, cultural, social, etc. manifestations that constitute it. So far, the justification provided by the author has not been convincing and has been arbitrarily supported by literary criticism. For this reason, on this occasion, the concepts of contradictory totality, heterogeneity, among others, will be questioned from literary theory, criticism and interpretation, with the intention of auscultating a discursive effluvium and protection that continue with the consolidation of a support tacit and understood epistemological.
