Sumario:The aim of the paper is to analyze how humor as a discursive strategy in cartoons is able to reveal the practices of the São Paulo Bank Workers. The work becomes relevant from the possibility of showing practices of resistance, transgression or contradiction in organizations through cartoons published in their official channels of communication. We adopted the qualitative methodology and analyzed, based on Foucault's power analysis, five cartoons published in the Folha Bancária union newspaper, in addition to nine reports and public documents available on the website of the union institution and the Fundação Projeto Travessia. The results suggest contradictions in the union's practices, revealing inconsistencies in partnerships with private banks, unionization strategies that weaken collective struggles and the absence of expressive results in its reporting channels against moral harassment.
