The work becomes relevant from the possibility of showing practices of resistance, transgression or contradiction in organizations through cartoons published in their official channels of communication. We adopted the qualitative methodology and analyzed, based on Foucault's power analysis, five cartoons published in the Folha Bancária union newspaper, in addition to nine reports and public documents available on the website of the union institution and the Fundação Projeto Travessia. The results suggest contradictions in the union's practices, revealing inconsistencies in partnerships with private banks, unionization strategies that weaken collective struggles and the absence of expressive results in its reporting channels against moral harassment.Daniel Francisco Bastos MonteiroGabriel Farias Alves CorreiaAlexandre de Pádua CarrieriInstituto Brasileiro de Estudos e Pesquisas Sociaisarticlehumorchargesjornal sindicalestudos organizacionaisManagement.
