Sumario:The kinetics of development of malignant oncological diseases under prolonged action of acrylionitrile on the people was studied, as well as the kinetics of the development of such diseases among the population of Krasnoyarsk. The frequency of genetically caused diseases Down's syndrome, depending on the age of the mother was studied. Malignant oncological diseases are supposed to be mostly genetically induced and to occur with the respective part of population. It is proved that among the diseased part of the population fatal sampling malignant oncological diseases develop over time on autocatalysis mechanism. Herewith, the logarithm of affection to non-affection probability ratio for a definite age has linear dependence on the life time. It is proved that acrylionitrile is a latent oncogenous. It is shown that the Down's syndrome also develops autocatalytycally starting from about thirty years of mother's age. It is also assumed that many age-related diseases have also autocatalytic development over the time.
