In the Social Assistance Politics in Brazil, even with the SUAS, the emphasis in the civil society participation it intensifies with the services made by beneficent entities and the social assistance. The main objective of this article is to show the problem of the current meaning of the beneficent entities, in the SUAS context, in times of privatization and assistencialization of the social policies.
