In this regard, one of the factors promoting motivation and hope among the employees to achieve occupational success is spirituality, which refers to the belief in a super power in human affairs. The present study has aimed to study the relationship between spiritual capital and improvement of employees’ job performance with the purpose of upgrading organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of Maroon Petrochemical Company. This study is an applied research conducted as a field study. To collect the information, standard questionnaires have been used. To analyze the obtained information, the correlational research method and SPSS software have been used. The cluster sampling method has been used to select the statistical sample of the study. The findings of this study have confirmed the significant relationship between spiritual capital and job performance of employees.
