Sumario:DNA origami is a valuable tool for precise manipulation of molecules in a three dimensional manner, but the design and assembly of origami units into single crystals is challenging. Here, the authors report successful fabrication of DNA origami single crystals with Wulff shapes, and regulation of their shapes by changing the symmetry and binding modes of DNA origami building blocks.
