Sumario:The products and services the customer is someone who uses it. Customer satisfaction rate of the offered product or service is determined by the choice again. If a product or service to the customer continuously, then the customer is satisfied with itself shows a high degree of product and service offered. The present study a healthy lıvıng and sports center customers ( the ladies ) to investigate the level of satisfaction with these facilities. Universe of this study was the province of Elazig when healthy lıvıng and sports center the sample of customers (the ladies) constitute. Healthy lıvıng and sports center, customers (the ladies) participating in the study consisting of two parts: keep running survey performed in order to determine their level of satisfaction. In the first section of the healthy lıvıng and sports center, of customers (the ladies) participating health study is given in the four questions intended demographic information. In the second part of the questionnaire developed by Deniz Kutlu "Towards Healthy Lıvıng and Sports Clubs Customer Satisfaction Scale" is used. 115 Persons Attended health study. SPSS 15 statistics Schedule was used analysis of the data obtained from the research, the level of significance was taken as 0.05. As a result, of healthy lıvıng and sports center, of customers involved in research Looking at demographics of the majority of of customers (the ladies) surveyed between the ages of 18-24 and marital status were found to be celibate. We also the majority of customers participated in the research, university graduate level of education and the professions seen created house wife. When we look at the results obtained from the scale of healthy lıvıng and sports center of customers (ladies) was determined higher levels of satisfaction.
