Sumario:The catalytic process of enzymes in nature has attracted much attention due to its specific selectivity and activity. In the process of coordination self-assembly, by adjusting the types of metal nodes and the structure of organic ligands, the cavity of the metal-organic cage(MOCs) can obtain a special environment with a variety of synergistic forces. In recent years, research on supramolecular reactors has shown that its cavity structure is similar to that of biological enzymes and exhibits very high reaction rate and stereoselectivity in the catalytic process. This feature has aroused extensive research interest of scientists. This article reviews the research progress of metal-organic molecular cages as catalysts in the past two years.
