Sumario: | In this article an attempt to update a perspective of human resource management of the modern organization is made. On the basis of studying of evolution of management of a manpower author's edition of such concept as the concept of management of the person is entered. The thought that the new concept is focused on capitalization of the human resource having own value and the importance is proved. Distinctive feature of this concept is the creative management caused by endowments and the involvement of staff of the organization into administrative processes. |
