A Phytophthora infestans RXLR effector targets plant PP1c isoforms that promote late blight disease
Phytophtora infestansis the causative agent of late blight disease in plants. Here Boevinket al. provide evidence that host protein phosphatases are targeted by a P. infestanseffector protein and are required for disease development.
