| Sumario: | Technology is being developed to make human life easier by using existing tools and equipments. The rapid changes in information and communication technologies in recent years have been affecting all our lives. Technological developments have a positive influence on all aspects of life. Communication technologies change office environments and the nature of the work done in office in our country as well as all over the world. The technologies used in offices have a direct influence on the productivity of office workers, business volume and quality. Offices need machines to produce information and informed, educated people who can use, make maintenance and fix those machines when needed. Therefore, office workers’ information level of communication technology is an important issue worth investigating. The purpose of this study is to develop the recommendations through determining Department of Office Management and Secretarial students’ information levels of communication technologies. |
