Sumario: | These communities have knowledge about fraternal living with nature through the adoption of sustainable techniques, and also a wide knowledge of plant contents, which is in need of a proper regulation to avoid being lost or stolen through pirate practices. In this sense, a legal guaranty needs to be a priority, with the creation of a legal regime "sui generis" to deal with the need of these communities, and avoid the usurpation of their knowledge for only economical reasons understanding that the law needs to be discussed, negotiated and talked among the interested, based on mutual respect and tolerance. |
