When we analyze the trajectory of that the hungry fighting programs in Brazil in the last 20 years have trailed, we can perceive that the changes of governments implied in solutions of the continuity of such policies. Theses sectionals cuts took place due to politics motivation, what has caused damages to the poorest population.
