Sumario:Acısu Çayı takes its origin from the karstic sources in the southern part of Akkayrak Hill (957 m) at the hillside of the Taurus Mountains, north of Serik (Antalya city) in the Mediterranean Region, and reachs from the source point to the south by continuously and discontinuous stream forms the Mediterranean Sea in Belek area. The aim of this study is to analyze the drainage characteristics of Acısu Stream by using morphometric methods and to determine the geomorphometric features of the river. In order to provide the data used in the study, screen digitization was performed with Arc Map 10.5 software on map maps of 1: 25.000 scale O26a1, O26a4, N26d3, N26d4 topographers. The data used in the study were digitized with Arc Map 10.5 software from the maps on the topography of the O26a1, O26a4, N26d3, N26d4 and 1: 25.000 scale. Then morphometric index formulas were used to determine drainage density, drainage frequency, bifurcation stage, stream length analysis, stream longitudinal profile and streamed SL index values. As a result of the study, the drainage density of Acısu Stream with dantritic and damaged drainage network and 5 stage bifurcation was found to be 1.13 and drainage frequency was 0.88.Field studies were organised in the region and when the results were analyzed with map analysis, the following results were obtained. The bifurcation stage, drainage density and frequency of the river have been developed under the control of the geological and geomorphological characteristics of the area. When a total evaluation is made with the results of morphometric index values and longitudinal profile curve; It is observed that the stream is not in the equilibrium profile, it is in the young structure and the erosion and accumulation activities are continuing.
