Sumario: | The paper’s aim is to assess a green operations management model that incorporates the green operations management as focal construct and the supply chain management as antecedent construct and, green marketing and organizational performance as consequent constructs. For this, a study was conducted in two phases. First, an exploratory study, qualitative type, we used a sample of 10 respondents whose data collection occurred through in-depth interviews. Second, a descriptive study, quantitative type, we used a sample of 151 respondents whose data collection occurred through semi-structured questionnaires. In both phases, the samples were taken from companies in the civil construction industry with environmental certification such as LEEDS and Aqua. The data collected, handled by structural equation modeling revealed that green operations management is impacted by green supply chain management, and that both, green supply chain management and green operations management, impact on green marketing, which in turn impacts on organizational performance. Given this result can be concluded that green marketing has an important role in the integration of supply chain management and green operations, by consequence, attain the organizational performance. |
