So that, to avoid that risk, the human being have initiative to minimize the effect of the risk, because to remove the risk itself is impossible. And then, the Insurance is one of the results of human thought to minimize the risk of loss. but the insurance as well is haram, because containing maysir. The contemporer thinkers give more a#ention to find the solutions of these problems, one of which is through the diverse kinds of insurance in accordance with the state of the Muslim community, and not out of the corridors of Islamic Fiqh. One is where the insurance contract was still in debatable, between halal, haram or doubtful. But a%er that, the writer found that the majority of Islamic scholars said that insurance by takaful contracts is allowed.
