Sumario:Aim. To improve diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases with hypertension, including multiple endocrine meoplasia, their timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment of patients. Material and Methods. A case of diagnosis, treatment and postoperative observation of the patient with the Sipple syndrome. Results and Discussion. Patient, 35 years old, diagnosed with and treated for the MAN syndrome, type 2A. The peculiar features of this clinical case were few complaints of the patient, mainly, frequent hypertensive crises, which were not subject to traditional treatment and subsided on their own. For the correct diagnosis and successful treatment of the patient, a  fairly complicated differential diagnosis of diseases occurring with hypertension was carried out. Conclusions. Hypertension can be a symptom of a number of diseases, including malignancy a careful differential diagnosis for a timely and accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment should be carried out.
