Sumario:This study investigates how the rate of doing sports, the sports that are done, the sports that are desired to be done and the aims of doing sports differ in relation to education level. The study was carried out in Istanbul. The data were collected through a questionnaire created by the researcher and applied to 570 people by random sampling technique (25 with no academic qualification, 144 primary school graduate, 103 secondary school graduate, 216 high school graduate and 82 university graduate). The results of the research are presented in cross-tabulation. The results of the study indicate that primary school and high school graduates do sports more regularly while university graduates do sports the least regularly.
