Sumario:The aim of this research to determine the views of the teachers who work at the primary schools in the center of Van about the difficulties in the administration of guidance education. In the research general screening model is applied. The population of the research is 79 teachers who work in the center primary schools of Van. The sample of the research is composed of 199 teachers whose schools are determined by lot. the group is formed by 93 female and 106 male teachers.The administration of guidance education scale with 3 points likert scale with 25 items developed by the researchers(1: Never 2:Sometimes 3:always) is used as data collection tool. Data analysis of the research are made via SPSS for Windows 18.00. In the reliability analysis of the research, the coefficient of Cronbach alpha is .862,standard deviation .622, and variance as .387. At the end of the research, İt is determined that students have different kinds of intelligent types, abilities and personality characteristics. Besides these features, they have different areas of interest and when they are guided through these interested areas they would be more successful. It is also determined that teachers can not take required support from families, administrative units and counseling services: teachers do not have enough knowledge and other whole guidence activities are not sufficient and the more teacher’s learning degrees increase the more their abilities of knowing and improving the students develop and their guiding studies get easier. These students, from the third class of the primary education should get a guidence service appropriate to their interests and abilities with the help and cooperation of families, school administrations, teachers, counseling services and education supervisors. The guidance studies are very significiant for the self-knowledge and development of the students. Also it is important that the guidance service inform the class tecahers about the files that is formed for guidance studies. Apart from these, it is realised that the importance of the guidance studies at the early periods and education of the class teachers about the guidance studies.
