Rapid and high-resolution patterning of microstructure and composition in organic semiconductors using ‘molecular gates’
Although high‐resolution methods such as photolithography allow for organic semiconductor patterning, they are often limited by their high complexity. Here, the authors report a versatile “molecular gate”‐based method for micro‐patterning organic semiconductor films.
