A 30-item questionnaire developed by the researchers was employed. The research universe consisted of 88 primary schools located in the central districts and villages of Van Province, and the research sample was composed of 208 teachers working in 13 primary schools chosen from among the above-mentioned primary schools by randomly. 200 valid questionnaires were subjected to evaluation. The obtained data were analyzed via SSPS.
