| Sumario: | Salname (yearbook) is arranged to detect the events in a year as an annual known. That show the existing state of institutions by the state and were recorded in order to determine if any changes made. In this way, a general opinion was created about the relevant institutions. In addition, having produced a Yearbooks coincidence that private institutions are also relevant to them. Yearbook issued by the State could be both public and private institutions. For example, the government Yearbooks given country's general information and the province Yearbooks contained information about only one province. As a government agency under the Ministry of Education issued its own organization, there is a yearbook. This yearbooks called Maarif Salname (yearbook of Ministry Education ) and it is published in the 1316-1321 (1898/1899-1903/1904). 1320 (1902/1903) dated Yearbooks currently not encountered.
