For this purpose, 57 university students whose ages ranged from 18 to 24 were administered the “Psychological Resilience Scale” and the “Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale”. The “Personal Information Form” was also used to determine demographic information. As a result of the study, it was observed that the students' mental well-being (with a score of 51.85 ± 9.99) and psychological resilience were “good”. It was found that the scores obtained from mental well-being and psychological resilience scale did not differ significantly according to gender groups. When the relationship between mental well-being and psychological resilience of the students is examined; the subscale of ’social resources’ of the Psychological Resilience Scale was found to have a negative and low significant correlation with mental well-being. No significant correlational relationship was observed between other subscales of psychological resilience and mental well-being.
