The article systematizes and shows targets of risk management mechanism, sets tasks, identifies principles of risk management, describes functional responsibilities for managing risks of entity structure of the mechanism of risk management in the national payment system, proposes parameters of continuous functioning of the national payment system and possible methods and tools of managing the key types of risks with regard to their specificities.Elvira S.
