The methodology we opted was consisted by the concepts of Technological uncertainty and organizational interaction. The analysis of these factors pointed if the receptor institution possess the conditions needed to perform the transfer, and identified the best model of transfer for the institutional reality. During the research, other institutions which already performed or are performing the transfer of such system were assessed in order to identify which models of technology transfer are more common, also in order to point out the most relevant factors in the transfer system from UFRN.
