Or indirectly, it may affect its audience in a positive way and it is considered an effective means in raising awareness and building the nation, taking into account the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia and the law alike, and it may negatively affect them, and the case is no longer limited to crimes affecting the state and crimes of defamation and insult, but beyond the work of journalism. It is more dangerous than that, as it has become fueling and indicating the commission of crimes, especially in times of crises and unrest that countries sometimes experience, and therefore the crime of incitement in the current era is one of the most serious crimes. This is what we will try to shed light on through the two following researches.
