Methods: This interventional study was performed on patients with atrophic rhinitis in Babol during 1986-1990. All patients were operated by modified Young method and also we followed for one year. Findings: This study was done on 10 cases (9 cases were female and 1 was male) and they were at the 32-45 age group. All cases were completely treated and there was not any relapse after one year of follow up.
