Sumario:Gopal et al. present a high-throughput platform for analysing the cytotoxicity of various combination therapies against established cancer cell lines, focusing especially on NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The presented method is reported to successfully mimic the tumour microenvironment and demonstrates NK cell-mediated cell cytotoxicity using small molecule chemotherapeutic drugs in combination with monoclonal antibodies.
