Sumario:Cardiovascular calcification is a serious pathology for which effective pharmacological treatments are lacking. Here the authors show that an optimized oligo(ethylene glycol) derivative of inositol phosphate interferes with calcium phosphate crystallization and inhibits soft tissue calcification in vivo following subcutaneous injection.
