Sumario:The information revolution had its repercussions on commercial life, as merchants benefited from computer technologies and services being the best way to achieve the most important elements on which commerce is based, which is speed, through which a lot of time and effort can be saved, so most merchants have relied on this device in most commercial transactions. Among them is their organization of commercial books, which gave rise to the term electronic business books. Since commercial transactions can be proven in all ways in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Commercial Code, including trade books, we aim through this study to determine the strength of these books of evidence, and whether they have the same strength of evidence as traditional books.
