It is possible to see this in many areas of concept, especially in multi-meanings.While, when they are used alone, the words carry different meanings, but they enhance their areas of concept with new meanings when they establish combinations. The words which denote the same concept area show some differences from one dialect to another in respect to the area of concept. In the dictionaries of Uyghur and Uzbek Turkish, which take place in the South east Turkish dialects, the word “alla”, which comes before a noun an interrogative pronouns, constitute words in new meanings and broaden the conceptual area. In Hazirki Zaman Uygur Tilini? izahliq lugiti (1990), which is the most comprehensive dictionary of New Uyghur Turkish, three headwords are given and made explanations related to the word “alla”. 1. Allah, the God, the creator; 2. lullaby; 3. a. interjection meaning surprise b. It constitutes indefinite interrogative question by being added to interrogative questions. In Özbekçe-Türkçe ve Türkçe-Özbekçe İzahlı Lugat (1997), there is one headword for the word alla. It only means lullaby. In Uzbek Turkish Olla(x) is in the form of divine power, the God (ÖTİL I: 533). However, in both Uyghur and Uzbek Turkish dictionaries, there are matters produced from the word alla. Allikim ‘some one’; allineçe, alliqaçan ‘long before’; alliqandaq ‘how’; alliqançe ‘a lot of’; alliqandaqtur ‘ anyhow’; alliqaysi etc.(İL I: 171); allavaqt ‘ late in the evening, untimely’; allakim ‘somebody’; allamaxal ‘geç’; allaneçük ‘unknown’; allaqandaq ‘an undistinguished’ etc.(ÖTL:17).
